You Have Choices:

As a Citigroup customer, you have the opportunity to make choices about how personal information about you may be shared and used. As you consider this, we encourage you to make choices that enable us to provide you with quality products and services that help you meet your financial needs and objectives.

Security of Personal Information:

The security of personal information about you is our priority. We protect this information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that meet applicable law. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. When we use other companies to provide services for us, we require them to protect the confidentiality of personal information they receive.

Privacy at Primerica:

The following Notices describe what information Primerica collects and may disclose, as well as what to do if you do not want us to disclose certain information. It also tells you how you may limit our affiliates from using certain information to market their products or services to you.

Primerica operates through a group of companies that are managed from our headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. These companies include Primerica Financial Services, Inc., Primerica Life Insurance Company, PFS Investments Inc., Primerica Shareholder Services, Primerica Financial Services Home Mortgages, Inc. and Primerica Client Services, Inc. Primerica also includes National Benefit Life Insurance Company in New York. In this pamphlet the Primerica group of companies are referred to collectively as "Primerica" and are also referred to as "We," "Us" or "Our." The products and services Primerica sells (collectively, "products") include insurance, mutual funds and loans.

We are providing this Notice about our privacy policies to customers who obtain products or services from us for personal, family or household purposes ("you"). We apply the same disclosure policies to former customers that apply to current customers. We may amend our privacy policies from time to time.

Primerica markets products through its independent Representatives who typically market only those financial products authorized by Primerica. The Representatives are sending you their privacy notice in this same pamphlet, which you should read in conjunction with this Notice.

I.  INFORMATION SECURITY

Primerica protects personal information it collects about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet requirements of applicable law. Before Primerica provides your information to others, they must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. Primerica instructs its authorized employees how to properly handle information.

II.  CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND MAY DISCLOSE

Depending upon the product, we collect a wide variety of personal information about you and your family. We may collect:

• Information we receive from you on paper and electronic applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income, debts, beneficiaries and, for insurance, medical information;
• Information about your transactions with us, Primerica affiliates or others, such as your policy coverage, premiums, account balances and payment history;
• Information regarding your eligibility for our products and services, such as your medical history, creditworthiness and credit history, from consumer reporting agencies and insurance support organizations that may retain and disclose this information to other persons; and
• Information we receive from others, including information Primerica receives from Representatives, in connection with marketing our products, such as contact information or other information used in processing your business.

Generally, we collect and may disclose personally identifiable information in connection with processing, servicing or maintaining your business. We may disclose all of this information, excluding medical, to others that perform marketing or services on our behalf and to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing or service agreements. We may also disclose your information as permitted by law and to comply with legal requirements, such as subpoenas.

In this notice, "personal information" means information that identifies you personally. We may use information which does not personally identify you to help manage our business and to provide us, our affiliates and other companies insight into customer spending behavior. We may do this even if you ask us to limit disclosure as described below.

We do not share medical information unless authorized by you or permitted by law.

III.  CATEGORIES OF AFFILIATES TO WHOM PRIMERICA MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The companies that comprise Primerica may share your personal information amongst themselves, as well as with our other affiliates, who are companies controlled by Citigroup Inc. Citigroup affiliates include those doing business under the Citi name, such as Citibank, CitiMortgage, Citicorp Trust Bank, CitiFinancial and Smith Barney. These affiliates are in several different lines of business, including banking, securities, consumer finance and credit cards.

IV.  CATEGORIES OF NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Nonaffiliated third parties are those not part of the family of companies controlled by Citigroup. Representatives are nonaffiliated third parties of Primerica.

We disclose information to:

• Financial services providers, such as companies engaged in banking, consumer finance, securities and insurance; including Primerica Representatives;
• Non-financial companies, such as Insurance Support Organizations and other companies engaged in servicing products you request and in direct marketing, retailing and the selling of customer products and services; and
• Others as permitted by law, such as law enforcement and regulators.

V.  YOUR RIGHT TO LIMIT DISCLOSURE AND USE OF CERTAIN INFORMATION

We are committed to informing you about new products and services that may be useful to you. Sharing information helps us do this. However, U.S. residents may request that we limit disclosure and use of their information as described in this section. To submit a request, use the Request Form below. Anyone who has previously submitted a Request Form, need not do so again. That request will limit all the use and disclosure specified in this Notice.

1. DISCLOSURE TO AND USE BY AFFILIATES

   Sharing Limitation. The law allows us to share among Primerica, as well as with other Citigroup affiliates described in Section III above, information regarding our transactions and experiences with you, such as your account history, and also your name, address and telephone number. However, by completing the Form below, you request that we not share with our affiliates other information, that is personally identifiable information regarding your credit history, income, etc. that might be used in determining your eligibility for products, except to the extent sharing is permitted by law or authorized by you.

   Use Limitation. Federal law gives you the right to limit some, but not all marketing from our affiliates. You may limit our affiliates from marketing their products and services to you based upon personal information about you that we may collect and share with them. This information may include your account history with us. Additionally, when you submit the Form, you request each Primerica and Citigroup affiliate described above and other current and future Citigroup affiliates, not use your information to market their products or services to you using any of your personal information they receive from any of the Primerica Companies, except as otherwise permitted by law.

   Affiliates with which you do business or from which you ask to receive information or offers may continue to contact you, even if you complete our Request Form. If you are a customer of any other Citigroup affiliates and you receive a notice of its privacy policies, that notice will describe what action, if any, to take as to that company.

2. DISCLOSURE TO NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES
   
   By completing the Request Form, you also request that we not disclose any information about you to nonaffiliated third parties, except to the extent disclosure is permitted by law or authorized by you.

VI.  HOW TO REQUEST PRIMERICA LIMIT DISCLOSURE AND USE

To request that both Primerica and your Representative limit disclosure of information to others and limit use of your Primerica information for marketing affiliates' products as described above, fill out and return the below form, either by mail or by accessing www.Primerica.com and clicking the Privacy link. Your licensed Representative may still use your information to solicit other Primerica-authorized products and to contact you, regardless of your request.

Your request will apply to all Primerica products you specify. If you jointly own a Primerica product with others, your request will also apply to them if their names are specified on the Request Form.

Your request will remain in effect until you notify us otherwise in writing.

VII.  YOUR INSURANCE POLICY: CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you are considering the purchase of or have purchased a policy, insurance law in your state may provide you additional rights.

You have the right to see and copy the personal information that we have about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct, amend or delete any information about you that you believe to be incorrect and we will respond within 30 days. If the information should be corrected, we will update our files and send the correction to anyone who received the incorrect information in the last two years. If we do not agree that the information is incorrect, you have the right to give us a statement of what you believe to be the correct information, which we will place in your file and send to anyone who received or will receive the original information.

However, we will not send you any medical information we have received about you from a doctor or other health care provider. Instead, you should contact the provider directly to obtain the information you seek. In addition, information collected in connection with, or in reasonable anticipation of, a claim or civil or criminal proceeding, is not subject to the rights described above.

Please include your policy number and a copy of some type of personal identification such as your driver's license.

The Primerica companies market financial products and services through us, their independent contractor Representatives. We typically market only those financial products and services authorized for sale by Primerica. Groups of Representatives typically share offices and assist each other in the marketing and processing of Primerica products, in effect, acting as a team to market the various financial products and services (collectively, "products") to you and to process your business.

As Representatives, we are providing this Notice to help you understand how we may collect information about you, the type of information we may collect, and what information we may disclose. This Notice also tells you what to do if you do not want us to disclose certain personal information about you. We apply the same disclosure policies to former customers that apply to current customers. We may amend our privacy policies from time to time.

The Primerica companies are sending you their privacy notice in this same pamphlet, which you should read in conjunction with this Notice.

Anyone who has previously submitted a Request From need not do so again. Your request will apply to all Primerica products you specify.
