As you read the following Notices you will learn that we use information to meet your financial goals and needs. We have designed our Privacy Policy to help us serve you, and to maintain your confidence and your trust.

PRIMERICA'S PRIVACY POLICY

Primerica operates through a group of companies owned by Primerica, Inc. that are managed from our headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. These companies include Primerica Financial Services, Inc., Primerica Life Insurance Company, PFS Investments Inc., Primerica Shareholder Services, Inc., Primerica Financial Services Home Mortgages, Inc., Primerica Client Services, Inc. and Primerica, Inc. Primerica also includes National Benefit Life Insurance Company in New York. In this document the Primerica group of companies is referred to collectively as "Primerica" and is also referred to as "We," "Us" or "Our."

We are providing this Notice about our privacy policies to customers who obtain products or services from us for personal, family or household purposes ("you"). We apply the same disclosure policies to former customers that apply to current customers. We may amend our policies from time to time.

The products and services Primerica sells (collectively, "products") include insurance, mutual funds and loans. Primerica markets these products through its independent Representatives who typically market only those financial products authorized by Primerica. The Representatives are sending you their privacy notice in this same pamphlet, which you should read in conjunction with this Notice.

I. INFORMATION SECURITY

Primerica protects information it collects about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet requirements of applicable law. Before Primerica provides your information to others to service your business, they must agree to follow appropriate standards of security and confidentiality. Primerica instructs its authorized employees how to properly handle information.

II. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND MAY DISCLOSE

Depending upon the product, we collect a wide variety of personal information about you and your family. We may collect:

Information we receive from you on paper and electronic applications or other forms, such as your name, address, social security number, assets, debts, income, beneficiaries and, for insurance, medical information;
Information about your transactions with us or others, such as your policy coverage, premiums, account balances and payment history;
Information regarding your eligibility for our products and services such as your medical history, creditworthiness and credit history, from consumer reporting agencies and insurance support organizations that may retain and disclose this information to other persons; and
Information we receive from others, including information we receive from Representatives, in connection with marketing our products, such as contact information or other information used in processing your business.

Generally, we collect and may disclose personally identifiable information in connection with processing, servicing or maintaining your business. We may disclose all of this information, but only as permitted by law, such as in response to subpoenas. Additionally, we may disclose any of your information, excluding medical, to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing or service agreements. We may also disclose your identification and contact information, as well as information regarding our transactions with you, to our affiliates within Primerica, but they are not permitted to use this information to market their products to you. Otherwise, we do not disclose your information without your consent.

III. CATEGORIES OF AFFILIATES TO WHOM PRIMERICA MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

The companies that comprise Primerica may share your personal information amongst themselves. These affiliates are in several different lines of business, including insurance, securities and consumer finance.

IV. CATEGORIES OF NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION

Nonaffiliated third parties are those not part of the family of companies controlled by Primerica, Inc. Representatives are nonaffiliated third parties of Primerica.

We disclose information to:

Financial services providers, such as companies engaged in insurance, securities and consumer finance, etc., including Primerica Representatives;
Non-financial companies, such as Insurance Support Organizations and other companies engaged in servicing the products you request, etc. and
Others as permitted by law, such as law enforcement and regulators.

V. YOUR INSURANCE POLICY: CORRECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

If you are considering the purchase of or have purchased a policy, insurance law in your state may provide you additional rights.

You have the right to see and copy the personal information that we have about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct, amend or delete any information about you that you believe to be incorrect and we will respond within 30 days. If the information should be corrected, we will update our files and send the correction to anyone who received the incorrect information in the last two years. If we do not agree that the information is incorrect, you have the right to give us a statement of what you believe to be the correct information, which we will place in your file and send to anyone who received or will receive the original information.

However, we will not send you any medical information we have received about you from a doctor or other health care provider. Instead, you should contact the provider directly to obtain the information you seek. In addition, information collected in connection with or in reasonable anticipation of a claim or civil or criminal proceeding is not subject to the rights described above.

YOUR INDEPENDENT PRIMERICA REPRESENTATIVE'S PRIVACY POLICY

The Primerica companies market financial products and services through us, their independent contractor Representatives. We typically market only those financial products and services authorized for sale by Primerica. Groups of Representatives typically share offices and assist each other in the marketing and processing of Primerica products, in effect, acting as a team to market the various financial products and services (collectively, "products") to you and to process your business.

As Representatives, we are providing this Notice to help you understand how we may collect information about you, the type of information we may collect, and what information we may disclose. We apply the same disclosure policies to former customers that apply to current customers. We may amend our policies from time to time.

The Primerica companies are sending you their privacy notice in this same pamphlet, which you should read in conjunction with this Notice.
