When you use my.primerica.com to access the Primerica DebtWatchers™ product, then we also collect the address, payment information and additional identification that you provide during Primerica DebtWatchers activation. The payment and identification information is not kept by Primerica; it is provided only to Equifax in order for you enroll for the Primerica DebtWatchers product.
To update any information my.primerica.com has about you, update your Profile on my.primerica.com.

Generally Representatives do not have access to the information we collect on my.primerica.com. However, if you use the MyRep function, as described next, information will be forwarded to a representative.
If you use a business card website that Primerica hosts or the "MyRep" function on my.primerica.com to contact your Primerica independent Representative, your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number will be collected and forwarded to that Representative.
If you choose to use the Opt Out Request Form (although unnecessary for California residents), Primerica will collect the information you provide there (name, city/state, date of birth, and, optionally, account number and Social Security Number) in order to identify your accounts in our system. This enables us to track opts outs by our customers and to inform our independent Representatives who have a need to know that you have elected to opt out.
Primerica is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of sites accessed through any sites reached by linking from our web site. The owners of such other websites are responsible for the content and privacy practices there.
