We protect the information we collect. We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information. We require our service providers to keep confidential the information they receive.

As you read the following Notices you will learn that we use information to meet your financial goals and needs. We have designed our Privacy Policy to help us serve you, and to maintain your confidence and your trust.

PRIMERICA'S PRIVACY POLICY

Primerica operates through a group of companies owned by Primerica, Inc. that are managed from our headquarters in Duluth, Georgia. These companies include:

Primerica Financial Services, Inc.,
Primerica Life Insurance Company,
PFS Investments Inc.,
Primerica Shareholder Services, Inc.,
Primerica Financial Services Home Mortgages, Inc.,
Primerica Client Services, Inc., and
National Benefit Life Insurance Company in New York

In this document the Primerica group of companies is referred to as "Primerica," "We," "Us" or "Our." The products and services Primerica sells ("products") include: insurance, mutual funds and loans.

Primerica markets these products through its independent Representatives ("Reps"). Reps typically market only those financial products authorized by Primerica. The Reps' privacy notice is in this pamphlet; please read it with this Notice.

We give this Notice to clients who obtain products or services from us for personal, family or household purposes ("you"). We apply the same sharing policies to former clients that apply to current clients. We may amend our policy from time to time.

I. DATA SECURITY

Primerica protects information ("data") about you by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet legal requirements. Primerica provides your data only to those who agree to follow proper standards of security and confidentiality. Primerica instructs its authorized employees how to properly handle your data.

II. DATA WE COLLECT AND MAY DISCLOSE

Examples:

Data you put on paper and electronic applications or other forms: your name, address, social security number, assets, income, debts, beneficiaries, etc. and, for insurance, medical information;
Data about your transactions with us or others: your policy coverage, premiums, account balances and payment history, etc.;
Data from consumer reporting agencies and insurance support organizations (ISOs) that may retain and disclose it to others: your medical history, creditworthiness and credit history, etc.;
Data from others, including Reps: contact information, etc. to process your business.

We collect this data to process the product you want. Generally, we disclose it to service your product.

Limited Sharing as Permitted by Law. Examples:

with your consent or at your direction;
to allow others to perform services on our behalf;
to affiliates (but not to market their products to you); and
to comply with legal requirements (such as subpoenas), etc.

We do not share medical data unless permitted by law.

III. PARTIES TO WHOM WE MAY DISCLOSE YOUR DATA IF PERMITTED

Examples:

Financial services providers: entities, including our reps and Primerica companies, engaged in insurance, securities, loans, etc.;
Non-financial companies: ISOs and companies engaged in servicing products you request; and
Others as permitted by law: regulators, law enforcement, etc.

IV. YOUR INSURANCE POLICY: CORRECTING YOUR DATA

If you apply for a policy, you have the right to see and copy the data that we have about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct, amend or delete any data about you that you believe to be incorrect and we will respond within 30 days. If the data should be corrected, we will update our files; we will send the correction to anyone who received the incorrect data in the last two years. If we do not agree that the data is incorrect, you have the right to give us a statement of what you believe to be the correct data. We will place your statement in your file. We will send it to anyone who received the original data. We will also send it to anyone who later receives the data.

However, we will not send you any medical data we received about you from a doctor or other health care provider. Instead, you should contact the provider directly to obtain the data. In addition, data collected because of, or in reasonable anticipation of, a claim or civil or criminal proceeding, is not subject to the rights described above.

YOUR INDEPENDENT PRIMERICA REPRESENTATIVE'S PRIVACY POLICY

We are independent contractor Reps. Primerica markets products through us. We mostly market only insurance, securities and loan products approved by Primerica. Groups of Reps share offices. We act as a team to market these products to you and to process your business. This Notice describes our policy.

We have the same policies for former clients as for current clients. We may change our policy from time to time. Primerica's Notice is in this same pamphlet; please read it with this Notice.

IV. YOUR INSURANCE POLICY: CORRECTING YOUR DATA

If you apply for a policy from Primerica, you have the right to see the data that it has about you. The Primerica Notice lists the steps you need to take.
